Hello, this is Punny! So what are you really looking for. To become a millionaire fast or to actually build something?

Take this test if you are unsure. It will help you understand whether you are flying inside illusions.

Let me remind you a little about myself. I constantly worked as a freelance artist and drew comics for 10 dollars. Then I ended up living during a war. A crisis of meaning forced me to create this website and leave my old environment behind. They were used to seeing me as a failure.

I founded my own brand and studio called Punny Panda where I can create visual work for games and books and also think strategically like a marketer.

Right now I am creating several projects. Witch Pie, Ace Magic Academy, and Dan and the Dragon Maiden. I am also expanding the world and characters of Punny Panda.

After working for a year I realized that most of my time was spent organizing things and fixing mistakes on websites. I struggled with doubts for a long time. Why should I continue if I have no followers and no money for advertising?

And now the real truth.

I made zero sales during the year. But I attracted 45,000 users to my website without advertising.

And guys, thank you.

This means not everyone wants to just watch TikTok videos and do nothing lol. Some people want to understand how to actually start a remote business.

So let's answer the first point.

1. Your Psychological Readiness

You must ground yourself.

Reality must be accepted clearly and painfully.

When you only think about your future business you already imagine yourself living in a 7 million dollar villa. You see expensive brands everywhere. Cars, bags, suits, watches, jewelry and luxury salons.

This is normal. Dreaming about a comfortable life is great. I think everyone does it.

The problem starts when chaotic routine appears. You start doing random actions. You try different strategies. You invest money and receive zero.

That is why the test will help you understand your psychological stage. Just take it.

2. Why Builders Win

Have you noticed something funny.

A millionaire walks around covered in gold and diamonds. But a billionaire often wears torn T shirts and old jeans or just a boring identical suit.

Why does this happen?

It is not because the billionaire is stupid or lazy to buy new things. The reason is obsession.

Status is not important to them. Often even their personal reputation is not important. A billionaire is obsessed with building, science and analysis.

They constantly search for better solutions for their clients.

Expensive toys are not interesting for them. Improving services, improving products, capturing more market share and proving usefulness to people is what interests them.

Being necessary to people and even loving people exists on a completely different level of thinking than a millionaire who only cares about ego and comfort.

A millionaire wants to prove he is the best.

A billionaire wants to prove he is necessary.

And we exclude those who simply sit on natural resources. Taking control of oil or gas by force has nothing to do with real business.

3. Demand for Digital Products

I want to say the truth.

Games, software, movies and books are fun but often almost free.

They are entertainment. Sometimes they help with self development, organization, communication, finding contacts or making sales.

On one side many specialists received a chance to work in richer economies using only their brain and computer.

On the other side there is a massive wave of competitors.

The global middle class online is relatively small. Around four billion people use the internet from nine billion people on the planet. Only around two billion actually buy things online according to statistics websites.

Even though people spend all day looking at their phones they are not rushing to spend money in the digital world.

The most demanded products are still food, natural resources, cosmetics, clothing and even toilet paper.

Education takes first place in digital sales.

After education people spend money on games, fitness apps, movies and books.

Here is a funny fact.

Teaching programming is often more profitable than being a programmer.

So when you search for an artist for 24 dollars per page hoping to create the next One Piece, or when you buy assets for another farming game or action game, you will not go far.

You are looking at the poster of a guy in gold on a Lamborghini instead of looking at the market.

4. Trends or Differentiation. Which Path Should You Choose?

Have you seen how agencies often try to post memes?

Then I visit their account and I do not even understand what they do because everything is written in complicated language. Instead I see chaotic posts, jokes and random content.

So I ask myself. Why are they running this corporate show and who is it for?

They follow trends.

Artists also follow trends to get views and likes and maybe a chance to receive an art order. Draw fan art of trending shows in your own style.

Then the trend disappears.

People remember you only as part of something that already lost popularity.

But what did YOU want to say?

Maybe I will not have followers. Why do you need them?

Algorithm feeds work in a way that if people do not remember you they will forget you even if they follow you.

Followers and like counters honestly have little weight.

Views also have little weight.

You can have one million views and zero sales.

So what has real weight?

Your place in people's hearts.

They may watch you to relax, calm down, or even check if you finally disappeared because they dislike you lol.

Trends can sometimes be used as an element of your opinion about events. But not as a show just for likes.

5. Where Are Clients Who Actually Buy?

In theory they are everywhere.

Everyone on the internet lives somewhere, works somewhere, earns money somewhere and buys something.

Just not from you. And not from me either. But definitely from someone else.

Are they going to the cinema today to watch Hoppers from Disney?

Are they paying for a game spin wheel?

Are they paying for a Netflix subscription?

How much money do people spend every day on coffee and cigarettes? A lot.

So do they really have no money?

Money exists.

The real question is whether you provide value for them right now.

And here real marketing begins.

A person needs time to think. They observe how you grow. They watch whether you abandon your work or disappear into depression for months.

They need emotional stability. Not a crying artist complaining about algorithms and drawing cute anime girls.

This applies to every niche.

Does your product solve their problem?

Or did it break, dry out, tear apart?

People will not make a repeat purchase even if you produce a million copies.

Lack of quality is a real problem for wealthy clients.

Rich clients want service that does not create additional problems. They want clear solutions and a clear plan.

Poor clients want emotional and status based content. Their problems are different. Household issues, relationships, children, bosses.

I have met foolish businessmen many times who were eating nose boogers during a video call and asking for free test work.

But I have also seen wealthy clients who did not believe I could do anything useful for them.

Not everyone will read this article to learn the reality.

6. Are You Boring? Check Twice

Understand this.

You are boring to them.

Damn. It is true.

They watch beautiful bloggers with filters on their phones. They do not want to buy your comic about a guy who wants to beat everyone and a girl who gets noticed by a rich gangster.

Relax.

Just let it go.

Start with yourself if you want to build a business.

There are no people with low self esteem in business. There are no shy and quiet people.

You can dig for a year like I did. Now it is already the second year without sales. I am thinking about how not to create another One Piece cliché that people are already tired of.

Or you can create something in four months, invest 1000 dollars in advertising and hope to get 100 sales for 5 dollars each.

Leave your old environment. They will always see you as a loser from their school.

Distance yourself from parents who think your work is useless.

The lonely samurai is now your path.
